My package went missing, what do I do?

Sometimes packages can disappear whilst in transit, and we are happy to replace/refund these orders. You will need to make a claim with UPS and send us an email within 30 days of your order being shipped. We are unable to help with orders if we are contacted after the 30 days are up. Once UPS has come to us we can arrange a replacement/refund of your order
