If your order status is Quality Checking, this means that our production team has created your order and now it's in our Quality Control department.

This team will check over your toy for any defects and make sure it's all ready to send over to our dispatching team.

At this stage, your toy could be rejected due to a production error. If this happens, production will create your toy again as a first priority.
